To ensure a smooth and effective coaching experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following scheduling policy.
Appointment Scheduling/Confirmation
- Coaching sessions are by appointment only.
- Sessions can be scheduled via our online booking system, by phone, or by email.
- We recommend scheduling your sessions at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time.
- You will receive a confirmation email or text message upon booking your session.
- A reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Emergencies
- We understand that emergencies happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your session due to an emergency and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
- If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Sessions will end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients, and late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Recurring Sessions
- For your convenience, recurring sessions can be rescheduled in advance. Please discuss your preferences with your coach.
No-Shows/Cancellation Fees and Refunds
- Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows) will be charged 5% of the full session fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a fee of 5% of the session cost.
Refunds
- All payments for wellness coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, only credits will be issued for unused sessions.
